Spoke to doctor on the phone and he was very patient with me as I had to send him a photo.
Dr drinkwater really helped me understand her diagnosis after taking the time to have a in depth chat about my daughter
Everyone was helpful and listened to my concerns, and were reassuring.
Very efficient and friendly surgery
I am not available to make phone calls at 8am, which is the only time to call for appointments. As a teacher, I can't then receive a phone call at an unspecified time to speak to a doctor. I would like to be able to book an appointment on a day of my choice for non urgent appointments.
No real input from the Dr regarding wrist problem, referred to physio. Another week to physio appointment (assessment according to GP) first contact according to physio (Catherine Adams), but GP has already prescribed physio, so thats first contact, she should really not see me, but she would. but only has 15 mins so will do a quick diagnosis, then diagnoses shoulder problem. I am given exercises and will get appointment for physio. Exercises making condition worse, no physio appointment yet, so not sure if to carry them on or not. Get the feeling it is more about business than health, not satisfied with this as a service, I feel more like a problem than a patient.
